Friends of the School
Where the fun starts for the whole family.
Friends of Durrington Infants (FODI) is a committee made up of parents and teachers, who meet regularly to organise activities around the school. A team of people who have a genuine passion for creating memorable events which raise funds for the school. Look out in the Newsletter and on the notice boards for details of events.

Spending FODI Funds
Projects that benefit every child
The money raised from events goes towards buying equipment for the school, contributions towards class trips and outings and much more! We want our little ones to have the best experiences at school so any help with our events, big or small, is very welcome and much appreciated!
FODI Fund Raising Activities
Join in and make new friends as you’ll be with us for a while…
There are so many ways that FODI raises money and as each event approaches, it will be mentioned in the school newsletter. Please come along to the events and help out if you can by volunteering. Here are some of our many regular events:
Easter Bonnet Parade - Make a bonnet and parade at the school bonnet parade to be in with the chance of winning an Easter prize.
Easter Egg Hunt - Get your detective bunny nose out and try to find a plastic Easter egg to exchange for a real chocolate one.
Summer and Christmas Fayres - Stay with the family to browse stalls, play games, eat, drink and meet Santa in his grotto (Christmas Fair only).
