Special visit from a Team GB gymnast

The children were lucky enough to have a special visitor this morning. Kelly Simm, Team GB gymnast, spoke to the children and parents about how she became a top athlete. She talked to them about our school value of perseverance and how she had to keep going when she was faced with injuries throughout her career. The children then completed a sponsored circuit with Kelly and the money raised will be split between supporting Team GB athletes and buying new PE equipment for the school.
